Last year sales totaled 19 single family homes…..
Sales ranged from $57,787- $605,000
Sold/List % averaged 94.03%
$$ per square foot averaged $139.15
The average days on the market 188
This year sales totaled 22 single family homes…
Sales ranged from $47,500 – $760,000
Sold/Listed % averaged 94.29%
$$ per square foot averaged $130.82
The average days on the market 262
There were more homes sold in 2011 > 2010 and the Sold/Listed % was slightly higher in 2011… the $$$$ per square foot Fell a little more than $9.00 per square foot.
The TOTAL $$$ sold in OCTOBER this year was $1,354,842 ABOVE October sales last year….

New Emergency Center Opens

Portland, Texas has a new walk in urgent care center treating minor illnesses and injuries to residents of Portland and the Coastal Bend region, a 10,000-square-foot facility now offers patients who previously had to cross Harbor Bridge for emergency treatment, diagnostic services, or imaging needs. Northshore Emergency Center is part of Corpus Christi Medical Center system.
